Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of LaunchViz Pano, a browser-based virtual tour builder and hosting service at pano.launchviz.com, operated by LaunchViz(“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

LaunchViz Pano lets you upload panoramas, build interactive virtual tours, and publish them at a shareable link. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and have authority to bind your company if you sign up on its behalf.

Plans and billing

• LaunchViz Pano offers three plans: Free, Pro, and Studio. Each plan sets its own limits on the number of tours and total storage.
• Paid plans are currently provisioned manually; online billing is coming. Until then, contact us to move to a paid plan.
• Prices may change; existing subscribers are notified in advance.

Refunds

• You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
• We do not give prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period.
• If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled), email us within 14 days and we refund it in full.

Your tours and content

• You keep all rights to the panoramas, media, and tours you put into LaunchViz Pano.
• You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process your content in order to run the service.
• For any personal data contained in the content you upload, you are the data controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, infringe the rights of others, or breach or overload the service. Published tours are publicly accessible to anyone who has the link, unless you protect a tour with a password. You are responsible for the content you publish and for choosing whether to password protect it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
